Q: Where are you located and what are your hours?
A: We are a home based business and do not have a storefront or set business hours. Please call or email us. If we are unavailable, we will return you call or e-mail as soon as possible.

Q: How do I reserve rental items from you?
A: Please see our “Rental Process” page for detailed information on renting, payments, contracts and delivery.

Q: What if I want to see a particular color sash to be sure it will work with my décor?
A: We are more than happy to send you samples swatches of any sash we have in stock. You are free to keep the samples to use while completing your planning process. To request a sample, please fill out the form on the contact page. Be sure to include a mailing address.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery and pick-up are currently free if you are within the Hampton Roads area. We delivery to Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Hampton, Williamsburg, Newport News, Portsmouth, Yorktown, Poquoson and many other areas throughout Hampton Roads.

Q: How long do we keep the rental for?
A: Generally, we deliver the rentals to you on the Thursday or Friday before the weekend (assuming a weekend event). You have them for the weekend and we will pick them back up from you the following Monday or Tuesday. The exact pick-up date and time will be determined when we deliver to you.

Q: What happens if any items are damaged or is missing?
A: We understand these thing happen but we are running a business and any damaged or missing items will be charged to the customer’s credit card on file. We hope you treat our items with care as they are expensive to replace and we want to keep our rates as low as possible.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash if in person.
